Information we collect
When you contact us or submit a retail partnership or franchise inquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company or retailer details, location or markets of interest, store count, franchise qualification details, and the contents of your message. If you opt in to SMS/MMS, we also retain your mobile number and the record of your consent.
Our website hosting and security services may automatically process basic technical information, such as browser and device details, IP address, and access logs, to operate and protect the website.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, discuss a potential retail or franchise relationship, evaluate fit, maintain business records, protect our website, and meet legal obligations. If you separately opt in to text messages, we use your phone number to send messages related to the subject you selected or asked us about.
Mobile information and sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties so they can market their own products or services to you.
We may use service providers to operate our website, securely handle inquiries, and deliver messages you requested. They may process information only to provide those services under their applicable terms and safeguards; they may not use your mobile information or SMS consent to market to you.
SMS/MMS messages and choices
SMS/MMS consent is optional and is not required to submit an inquiry or make a purchase. If you opt in through a Lotus Fresh Bites form, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us. After opting out, we will stop sending SMS/MMS messages to that number unless you opt in again.
Submitting a phone number without checking the separate SMS/MMS opt-in box does not enroll you in text messages. You may still receive a direct response to your inquiry through the contact method you authorized on the form.
Retention, security, and your requests
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to and manage inquiries, maintain business records, protect our services, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, though no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
To ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or to ask a privacy question, please use our Contact form. We may need to retain some information where required by law or for legitimate business recordkeeping.
Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
